Terms of Service

This site is operated by Wenzhou GreenSea International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd., providing international ocean and air freight, trucking, special containers, multimodal transport, customs clearance, overseas warehousing and related logistics consulting. Specific services are governed by the transport contract / booking confirmation / service agreement signed by both parties.

You warrant that all information you provide (commodity name, HS code, declared value, consignee details, etc.) is true, accurate and complete. You bear sole responsibility for consequences arising from false declarations, undisclosed restricted items or smuggling.

We act as carrier/agent under contract terms, complying with the PRC Maritime Code and FIATA forwarding standards. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, port congestion, government restrictions, etc.). We recommend insuring high-value cargo separately.

Freight, surcharges, duties and destination fees follow the agreed quote. Generally, prepaid freight is settled before sailing/departure; collect charges are paid by the consignee per destination port rules. Late payments incur penalty per contract.

All content on this site (text, images, trademarks, cases, insights) is owned by us or our rightful licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent People's Court at our place of business.
